- In-store pick-up: is available between Monday - Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. An email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pick up please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

Fast delivery time: 1-4 Business Days using Priority Mail. THIS DOES NOT
INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

Includes USPS Tracking® and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions
apply). THE CLIENT WILL HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM.

Insurance charges go as follows:

It is the client's responsibility to make RC SKIN LABS PRO aware of any address
changes. For any reason that there are any shipping address changes and RC Skin Labs
pro was not made aware of, it will not be our responsibility but the client's responsibility.

We charge a base of $10.00 for the first $1,000.00, and increase +$2.00 for every $100
increment.

It is the client's responsibility to accept or deny insurance, and RC Skin Labs Pro will not
be held responsible for packages that are not insured.

Insurance for items over $500 will require a signature.
Limits:
Insurance under the Insurance Program covers up to $500.00 per package. The maximum
coverage per conveyance is $1,000.00.
Priority Mail prices are based on weight and zone for mailable items up to 70 lbs.
In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, 3, OR 4 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. Available only for certain products and to specific destinations. Restrictions and exclusions apply. Insurance does not cover certain items. Priority Mail domestic shipments must have the applicable USPS tracking barcode to qualify for insurance. Insurance is not included for Priority Mail shipments sent using Priority Mail Open & Distribute Premium Forwarding Service- Residential or Premium Forwarding Service-Commercial. Additional insurance may be available for purchase for shipments valued at more than $50. When other insurance is purchased, it replaces the included insurance.
PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS AND CONDITIONS:
Not all commodities and destinations are covered. Make sure the item(s) that you are shipping (Exclusion A) and the destination (Exclusion B) are not excluded from coverage.
Items must not be shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging or any packaging that alludes to the contents. (Exclusion E)
Orders with a value of $500.00 or more must be sent with the Signature Confirmation service (package must be signed for at delivery) provided by the shipping carriers. This is required for Domestic and International shipments.
All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
A claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient (or intended recipient) will be requested during the claims process.
This is a form document provided by Shipsurance that allows the recipient (or intended recipient) to indicate loss or damage. An online version is available for most claims. (Condition B, 3, d)

RC Suppliers Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
